Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivers can arrive on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a disruption to normal business flow i.e. facility issue, global pandemic, etc. You will be notified via email within our normal turnaround timeframe of 1-2 business days.

Once order has been fulfilled tracking number will be email instantly to the email address used at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Honeybee Herb is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is applicable to all paid orders, gift card orders, and promotional giveaways.

Damages

If package has arrived damaged an order correction form must be filled with us within 2 calendar days of the tracking status showing delivered. Use the following link to complete the form Order Correction Form.  If you received your order damaged and the 2 calendar day has passed, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship globally and cost will be calculated at checkout based on the country of origin. Package will be sent by USPS International services.

SHIPPING ERRORS

If address error or other errors occur during order submission and package is returned to sender, customer will be responsible for second shipping attempt and cost associated with shipment. Cost will vary depending on package size, weight and location.

Address accuracy is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify name, full address and phone number. Including apartment, suite and or unit numbers.

Customer will be required to submit in written form the correct address before second mailing attempt will be made.
