Which Pillar Styles Are In This 5-Pack?

You get three solid pillars and two hollow pillars. The solid pieces are solid through, while the hollow pieces are open through the center. That gives you two quartz pillar constructions in the same 6mm x 25mm format.

Will These Etched Quartz Pillars Fit My Banger?

Fit depends on the usable space inside your banger. Check the 6mm outer diameter and 25mm length against your banger’s internal chamber before ordering, especially if you also use a valve marble or other insert. Honeybee Herb’s terp pillar guide explains the common banger styles used with pillar inserts.

FAQ

Are hollow or solid quartz pillars better?

Neither is "better"—they are different. Solid pillars are best for heat retention and low-temp flavor. Hollow pillars are better for airflow and creating bigger clouds. This 5-pack lets you choose based on your preference for each session.

What size banger do I need for quartz pillars?

A banger with at least a 25mm diameter is recommended to give the pillar enough space to spin freely. Deeper bucket-style bangers work especially well with the vertical spinning motion of pillars.

How do you clean etched quartz pillars?

Let the pillar cool down completely, then soak it in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes. Use a cotton swab for any stubborn spots, rinse with warm water, and let it dry fully before its next use.

Can you use quartz pillars with terp pearls?

While you can, it's often not necessary. Pillars and pearls serve a similar function. Combining them in a standard banger can lead to overcrowding and poor airflow. It's best to use them separately to maximize their individual benefits.

Are quartz pillars worth it?

Yes, if you want to improve vaporization efficiency and get more from your concentrates. They help eliminate cool spots in your banger, ensuring all your material is heated evenly for better flavor and more complete vapor production.
